The Pier Is Now Open

After four years the Pier is now open and today it was packed with curious people.
Local resident Ged Wilson of Kent Rd was impressed and told me he thought it was "SUPERB" The less said about his shirt the better !
The building at the end offers some great views if not many facilities at the moment.
The Pier Train proper is not in place yet.
Another local resident Don Hadfield was also impressed with the Pier but not with the cold wind
