Formby Beach Wonderful in November
Formby Beach today was looking wonderful in the sunshine as many people went for a bracing walk along the shore line and the sea was in as well!
And lastly a wonderful sunset picture that perhaps I should have taken as a landscape .

Beach
I took the family on this beach one Aug Bank Hol weekend and it was beautiful and deserted - as good as any we've been on in Australia, etc - all these people looking for stuff in exotic places need only look in their own backyard - old Sandgrounder Pat

Reminds me of the days of my youth. Many a night spent down there with a few bottles of cider. (yes i did take my litter home!!)
Here's a pic of me on Formby beach, about 1983 or 4, looking like I'm doing a very odd dance. Suspect I was doing a bit of "air guitar" I was very partial to a bit of that in those days...well I still am when no-one's looking....
