Ginkgo biloba is a Chinese herb known for resolving the signs of vertigo. It works by boosting the blood flow to the brain to alleviate dizziness and balance issues.
A study reported by the International Journal of Otolaryngology that Ginkgo biloba is as powerful as the drugs betahistine in dealing with vertigo.
Research published by the Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science states that ginger root can reduce the symptoms of vertigo better than manual repositionings, like the Epley manoeuvre.
Ginger root must be steeped in a cup of boiling water for five minutes. Honey can help with the sour taste. Drinking ginger tea twice an afternoon may reduce nausea,dizziness, and other symptoms.
Almonds are known to be rich sources of vitamins A, B, and E. Eating a handful of almonds daily can help with vertigo signs and symptoms.
Dehydration can cause signs of vertigo. Even moderate dehydration can trigger the condition. Staying hydrated can help limit dizziness and stability issues.
